Contractual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Autism Services -  Master’s Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution with specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders. Patient Navigator / Care Coordinator - SUD Services - Bachelor’s Degree in a health, psychology, counseling, social work, education or other behavioral health field from an accredited institution with specialized training and three years of experience working with persons with substance use and mental health disorders. Must possess knowledge, skills and expertise to perform case management activities. Must possess MCBAP Counselor Certification or documentation of enrollment in a Development Plan or submit or submit a Development Plan within 30 days of hire. Valid Michigan driver’s license required.
Significant Duties: The role of the Patient Navigator/Care Coordinator is to engage persons revived from opioid overdose and provide non-clinical recovery supports and follow-up.
