Contractual Mental Health Clinician - Master Level - DBT Team:  Works as a member of the DBT Treatment Team at LCCMH providing clinical services to individuals enrolled in DBT Services.  Provide individual DBT Therapy, Co-lead structured skills training groups, provide phone skills coaching to DBT Participants as part of after-hours rotation, Attend weekly Team Consultation Meetings, participate in Person Centered Planning, complete documentation as required, have already completed DBT training (2 day Skills Training and 5 day Comprehensive DBT Training), and have an understanding of the utilization of an electronic records system with basic computer skills.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, from an accredited college or university and licensure, from the State of Michigan. Comprehensive DBT Treatment training required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

* Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited
  university;
* Experience in the Michigan publicly funded Mental Health System;
* Minimum of five years in an administrative position;
* Ability to provide supervision and leadership in the development and operation of a local
  public mental health organization;
* Knowledge of and sensitivity regarding clinical issues of mental health needs, services,
  and programs;
* The ability to develop and maintain collaborative community partnerships;
* Good organizational skills;
* Ability to write effectively and speak articulately.

ACTP Supervisor - Full-Time: Working Supervisor responsible for providing direct ACT services as well as clinical and administrative supervision to professional and paraprofessional staff working in the Assertive Community Treatment Program. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Level Clinician with a Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and licensure from the State of Michigan and two to five years experience working with persons with mental health disabilities in a mental health services setting.  Training and experience in ACTP services preferred.  Valid Michigan driver’s license required.

Mental Health Clinician MICCS Program - Master Level - Full-Time: Responsible for providing Mobile Intensive Crisis Stabilization as a member of the agency MICCS Team. This position also provides outpatient therapy services as well as a variety of intake, triage, and emergency services.  Provide mental health services to walk-in consumers as well as to consumers who utilize the telephone emergency line.  Participate in the agency’s after-hours (24-hour) emergency service.  QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related mental health discipline from an accredited college or university and full licensure in psychology, social work, or counseling from the State of Michigan.  LMSW preferred with 2 + years’ experience.  Valid Michigan driver’s license required. 

Annual Compensation:  Starting at $43,284.80.00 per year to $54,121.60 after three years

Lead Paraprofessional - Stepping Stone Skill-Building Program - Full-Time: Only current full-time Lapeer CMH employees working in the capacity of a paraprofessional will be considered for this position.  Face to face, hands-on direct services opportunity in an activities program for persons with developmental disabilities.  Function as part of a person-centered and directed support team.  Ability to help lift wheelchair-bound consumers during toileting, transferring and repositioning will be required.  Assisting people with personal needs including toileting, diapering, and feeding also required.  Participate in CMH committee meetings where staff participation in needed. Organize/facilitate staff trainings as assigned by supervisor. Be knowledgeable in all person centered plans in order to provide additional individualized staff training when necessary. Monitor skill building tasks throughout program and research additional skill building opportunities both at skill building facility and throughout the community. Other duties as assigned by the Mental Health Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant experience.  Prefer motivated, energetic individuals with experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and/or skills in arts and crafts, language development, physical therapy and sports.  Valid Michigan Driver’s License required.

Compensation:  $13.22 to $16.53 per hour + $1.00 per hour for Lead Designation
