Our Customer Services staff are here to make sure you get the information and support you have a right to receive. We can help you:

  • Understand and use the grievance, appeal, or dispute process if you ever have concerns about your services
  • Connect with your Rights Officer or a Fair Hearing Officer if needed
  • Find a list of local providers, organizations, and practitioners—including what services they offer, the languages they speak, and their areas of specialty
  • Get access to annual reports, our board of directors, board meeting schedules, and minutes
  • Review the Lapeer CMH organizational chart if you would like
  • Explore your service options and learn about providers for mental health and substance use services
  • Get information and referrals for Medicaid-covered services available through CMH
