Contractual IS Support – Information Services Support Specialist

This position is responsible for providing technical support to all users and to assist with the maintenance of all computer systems and hardware utilized by CMH services.

Essential Functions: Provide help desk support to end users, respond and route issues as necessary, provide support for all agency software systems, provides training for use of computers and information systems, create and update user training tutorials, assist in performing daily computer operations, installation of hardware and software on workstations, track inventory, and compile and prepare reports.

Skills and abilities include: ability to problem solve, identify solutions and resolve technical issues, the ability to write and speak effectively, self-motivated, ability to maintain working relationships with staff and outside providers, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

Compensation – $18.20 at entry up to $22.75 per hour up to 28 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ certification or other IT related certification preferred. Associate’s degree in computer-related field preferred. One to two years of technical experience with computers and equipment. Experience working in a network environment. Lived experience with behavioral health issues preferred.

AVAILABILITY: Monday through Friday, 28 hours per week.

Valid Michigan driver's license required.

 

Contractual ABA Technician(s) – Autism Program

This position performs a variety of direct service functions for persons served who are enrolled in Autism program services, including services for adults and children.

Essential Functions

1. Directly supervises consumers during program activities. Delivers care to persons served with a range of physical and mental health-related disabilities.

2. Carries out daily program plans as prescribed through the individual plan of service of the person served and as assigned by the supervisor.

3. Assists persons served with the administration of medication as prescribed.

4. Assists with the preparation of daily programming, organizing and assembling materials, and proper cleanup and storage of materials.

5. Must be able to physically assist person served regarding personal care needs.

6. Works in office and community based settings.

7. Required to travel within the county.

8. May be exposed to communicable diseases, blood, and other potentially infectious bodily fluids and materials.

COMPENSATION – $15.00 per hour for between 10 – 13 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduation or equivalent.

AVAILABILITY: Weekdays from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

Valid Michigan driver's license required.

 

Contractual Mental Health Clinician – Master Level –Children’s Intake Team

This position is responsible for providing individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy to children. Also responsible for completing intake assignments, progress notes, plans of service and teaming. 1-2 years of experience with children and families ages 3-18 years old preferred.

An understanding of PECFAS and CAFAS screenings, DSM-5 diagnosis criteria, Bio-psychosocial assessments, Trauma Informed and Treatment planning is required.

COMPENSATION – Fee for Service based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited college or university and licensure from the State of Michigan.

Valid Michigan driver's license required.

 

Contractual Mental Health Clinician – Master Level – Adult Team

This position is responsible for providing individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy to adults. Also responsible for completing intake assignments, progress notes, plans of service and teaming. The position may also provide DBT program services such as individual therapy, skills group, and after hours phone coaching. An understanding of the utilization of an electronic records system with basic computer skills is beneficial.

COMPENSATION – Fee for Service based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited college or university and licensure from the State of Michigan.

Valid Michigan driver's license required.

 

Contractual Behavior Therapist

This position performs testing, interviews, data collection and therapeutic sessions and will provide diagnosing and behavioral plan development for children, adolescents and adults with mental health disabilities and cognitive impairments.

Essential Functions

1. Communicates with families by providing/receiving input and feedback.

2. Develops individual behavior plans, amending and updating as indicated.

3. Provides clinical consultation/training to other staff as required for behavior plan implementation.

4. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with other community agencies.

5. Completes clinical documentation in a timely manner, consistent with agency, state, and federal requirements.

Licensure from the State of Michigan in Psychology, NSCBT, ACBS other related certification preferred.

Six months or more of experience developing behavior plans.

Contractual Quality Improvement Assistant

This position provides direct assistance to the Chief Operating Officer and Quality Improvement Coordinator for all Quality Improvement and data analysis related activities including policy manual maintenance, contract monitoring and preparing for accreditation.

Essential Functions

1. Provides support to the LCCMH Quality Council.

2. Provides support/assembles packets for LCCMH Board Standards Committee.

3. Assists with the Agency Policy and Procedures Manual.

4. Assembles Standards Committee packets.

5. Assists with Accreditation from CARF.

6. Assists with gathering information needed by the Region 10 PIHP for Contract Monitoring.

7. Perform onsite visits for Provider Network audit compliance

8. Responsible for implementation of initial agency surveys.

9. Assists with the Annual Community Needs Assessment.

10. Gathers and provides data for the Annual GAP Analysis

11. Data mining for Corporate Compliance to assure program integrity.

12. Data entry as assigned for agency reports.

13. Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate visualizations.

14. Identify ways to streamline practices and processes.

15. Create models for trend analysis for populations served.

16. Maintains portions of the agency website.

17. Educates stakeholders and persons served about the strategic plan and survey outcomes using the lobby bulletin boards, lobby television and website dashboard reports.

18. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

Compensation – $19.66 at entry up to $24.58 per hour up to 28 hours per week.

Education: Bachelor Degree in business, mathematics, data analytics, or macro practice human services.

Experience: Data mining experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. Understanding of basic statistical analysis.
